Corporate Olympiad 2009 - competitions exploring and displaying inherent talent of the corporate world, organised by the Sakaal Media Group took an enthusiastic off onSaturday with about 500 participants from prominent corporate houses.
Marketing Manager for Amnora Township Deepak Jadhav, speaking at the inaugural function, lauded Sakaal’s initiative to offer a platform reaching across city corporate houses. Jadhav, with Phadnis Infrastructure’s Head Corporate Communications and PR Manish Khadilkar inaugurated the three-day event. Amanora Park and Phadnis Group are the main sponsors of the event while Suraj Info Dot Com and Vasturaj are the co-sponsors. The Carnival will comprise events including Thumka, a dance competition; Fashion Fusion, a fashion show competition; Talent Hunt - mimicry, solo activity, hidden talent; Classic -Rock (Claroc) - inter-corporate classical and rock competition and indoor games like chess.

We,as Qualsoftians have taken part in this complete event.We won prizes in Carrom competition[Mr.Vijay Bhosale] and Talent Hunt - mimicry competion[Mr Deepak Pund].We also have a big cheering crowed.But GOOD NEWS WAS We won main trophy ‘corporate olympiad ‘ for best performance thorugh out the event.We were enthu to take that troppy on stage.That was gretest proudy moment for all of us.
